Low Minimum Orders. Big Creative Possibilities.
You don’t need to order thousands of magnets to create a distinctive custom shape.
Instead, our minimum order quantities depend on the size of your design:
- Less than 16 square inches: 250 magnets minimum.
- 16 to 168 square inches: 100 magnets minimum.
To calculate magnet size, multiply the maximum width by the maximum height of your design. This measurement applies regardless of the magnet’s actual contours.
Because of these flexible quantities, custom shaped magnets can work well for targeted promotions, smaller events, specialized campaigns, and limited-edition collectibles.
In addition, larger quantities are available with volume-based pricing.

How to Measure Your Custom Shaped Magnet
To request a quote, measure the maximum width and maximum height of your proposed magnet in inches. Ignore curves, angles, and irregular contours. As shown below, we multiply these two measurements to determine your magnet’s square-inch size.
